The Japan Foundation, Yangon Japanese Cultural Center is currently hosting the traveling exhibition “OMOCHA: Japanese Toys Today,” featuring a colorful collection of contemporary Japanese toys from different categories. The exhibition will run from March 11 (Wednesday) to March 25 (Wednesday).

 

For those who don’t want to explore the exhibition alone, and for visitors who enjoyed the gallery tour during last year’s “Yokai Parade” exhibition, we’re happy to bring back our Gallery Tour program again!

 

This time, we will offer two types of tours, conducted only in Burmese. “Individual Tours” are open to anyone who would like to explore the exhibition together. No pre-registration is required, and participants can simply join at the announced date and time as walk-ins.

 

“Group Tours,” on the other hand, are designed for Japanese language schools and organizations that wish to visit as a larger group. Pre-registration is required for group tours, and spaces are limited, so early registration is recommended as spots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
